    Agree, we'd love to be able to see who opened the alert without having the go into each contact individually

    I would love the ability to do this. One of our new owners merged everyone in the system who has an email address into one mailing list. This has added people who previously unsubscribed. We don't want to them to then get the newsletters we send out.

    This is semi complete with a recent release. You can now preview how content will render to a letter (the system will fully render the PDF with letter head etc. if appropriate).

    Sample merge tag data at this stage is still not supported.
