Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

Deleting expired Open Homes
Is there any way you could streamline the Open Homes section of your software so that we can delete multiple expired Open Homes at once?
Currently, we have to select them all individually to delete them which is quite time-consuming.
Alternatively, having them self-delete after say 2 weeks would also work.

Listing Feedback Section Load All
It would be a good idea if we could click feedback and press load all instead of load more, load more, load more to get to the bottom of the feedback. I know you can filter the enquiries, OFI, Private inspection etc but I want to load it all at once.
1 voteThank you for your suggestion. We have changed the functionality of the load more label. So now it loads 20 more items rather than only 5.

automatic responses
Can you please have the option to Provide automatic responses to buyer enquiries? Sometimes we can hundreds of enquiries, we can simply deal with these with set templates including specific information ,

Statement Of Information
As a CAV requirement for all VICTORIAN residential properties, i feel that the listing should not be able to be uploaded to any portal until the Statement of Information document is uploaded, saved and made public.

Reverse match on pocket
Have function on app (pocket) to reverse match listings and appraisals to buyers . Very surprised it's not already there, major oversight ?

Commercial Sale & Lease Listing tab
We need a feature that adds both listings for sale & Lease as one. Instead of adding the listing twice. It takes to much work adding all the listing data twice.

What we would recommend doing is to create the first listing, then duplicate it. This way it copies all the details of the listing and you don’t need to fill it out again.

Can you please add 'DEADLINE SALE' in the drop-down menu as another Price > Advertise As. In NZ Deadline Sale's are now very popular.
In NZ we sell a lot of properties using the 'Deadline Sale' marketing. The closest method currently available in REX is 'Set Sale' but we've already had purchasers ask us what is a 'Set Sale' as they're all used to seeing Deadline Sale. This would be great to have as another sale method option. Thank you.

Using the ‘Set Sale’ option in Rex will actually go through to Realestate.co.nz as Deadline Treaty and to Trademe as Deadline Private Treaty.
These options are defined by both sites and they won’t actually accept ‘DeadLine Sale’.

Print detailed stocklist of current listings
Print a detailed stocklist with detailed property information (asking price, beds/bath/car, land size etc) for ease of access when out of the office. If you have say more than 8 listings on the go and a team of agents working under you, it is imperative to have all of this information on hand at all times instead of having to have access to a computer/internet to pull up one file at a time.

Listing Disclaimer Text
We need the ability to append standard disclaimer text to all listings uploaded to the portals.
Perhaps this could be added to Agency Settings & Branding in the Admin menu?

Events - Reoccurring OFIs
It would be very convenient to post reoccurring OFI times to a listing.
For example, a Sales Office in a new estate - the sales office is open every Saturday and Sunday at the same time every week. It is a very manual process at the moment having to add each event one at a time.8 votesWe’re happy to announce this suggestion has been brought to life by our developers and is now live in the system.
Simply insert the details of your OFI as per usual, select a frequency, create the OFIs, then drill down into each individual appointment and customise to your liking.

Add building and pest reminder date in legal tab
In the legal tab along with the deposit and finance date it would be great if there could be a building and pest date so that we are reminded of this condition.

Open Homes: Change default time of open home to 30 mins
Rex, can you please add the ability to change the default length of open home times. Currently the default length is set to 1 hour (60mins), but our office, and many other offices use 30 minutes as the default open home length. So i propose having the ability to choose between default length of 30mins or 60mins depending on each office's requirements.
This would help save us a lot of time when we are doing 30+ open homes a week.

Now you can set your own default OFI duration in the admin menu, (under advanced settings).

Open2view Feed
We use photography company Open 2 View which is an Australia wide franchise. Could Rex enable a feed from Open2view which would automatically feed the photos through to Rex once they are uploaded to the open2view site by the photographer??

ID to be displayed when you hover listing
once a listing is uploaded it would be good to have an id, I use the id a lot when doing marketing etc it will save me from having to make up the id number

Project Marketing Property and Listing Modules
To work the same way as 1 building and multiple tenancies. Can be used for residential subdivisions, etc.

Add Lifestyle to 'Property Type' drop down menu
Under 'Property Type' can you please add 'Lifestyle' to the drop down menu, we use this category frequently in our listings and it is important for our feeds to other portals.

Withdrawing property reason
When withdrawing a property one of the main reasons for withdrawal is "taking off the market and renting it out" I would like to see that added as another option

You actually have the option to withdraw a property with the reason ‘other’ this will then enable you to enter your own reason for the listing withdrawal.

Additional Construction Elements under a listing
Under a listing could we have more than one construction choice. For many properties for both the cladding and roof there are often more than one product. For example block base and weatherboard top and the gabel part of the roof may be colour steel or long run whilst the eve or extension areas may be a membrane like neuroply style roof.

A studio should be entered as a 1 bedroom property with a property category of studio.
