    YES I agree. need a separate notes section as well as feedback. That way if you have personal notes that you don't want the vendor to see you can add. I would go one step further so you can add a tag also. It maybe that you discover they are a potential listing or buyer and you want to add this tag as you go.

  7. Having the ability to include a hyperlink to a property or contact. or even better being able to link dropbox files to a property.
