Hi Alex, With regards to the other status what would trigger the specific status is when we would update them. The relevance of these is so we can report back to a developer where a contract is at. Contract Issued is when the contract is sent to the buyers, Contract sent to vendor is pretty much self explanatory - this is needed so we can find out if the hold up in executing the contract is with the vendor/solicitor, Cooling Off Expiry is a key date in any QLD contract as it forms part of the contract terms. The statuses only expire when the next one in line is marked with a date. This information is useful for us to track contracts and to make sure the agents & developers know where they are at all times and if there is a hold up we know at what end it is caused by
