When managing subscriptions, the first choice at the top of the list given should not be to be taken off all newsletters but to choose which one they want to be unsubscribed for so please swap these 2 choices. We did have it in that order at one point but got too many complains from contacts (sometimes directly to our support team) that they weren’t being unsubscribed (because they just clicked the unsubscribe option without reading anything). This would lead to contacts marking emails received as spam (increasing the chance that emails you sent to other contacts in future would land in their junk mail rather than their inbox).
Edit the REX Newsletter Template
It would be good to be able to edit portions of the REX Newsletter Template, mainly contact details so you could send a newsletter out generically from the office or from a specific agent. At the moment we can only edit colours and fonts which is great for getting company branding right, but then we have not choice over the other details that are added. I would like to be able to choose from a drop down menu what item appears where ie office name or agents name, office details or agents details1 vote
Allow an image to be used as the background of a newsletter.
In our office, the background of all of our documents is an image. I cannot recreate this style in the newsletter as I can only select a block colour - Having a box that allows you to select an image from your computer and have it used as the background would be great for us and I'm sure other offices will benefit.3 votesdeclined · AdminRex Software (Support, Rex Software) responded
