    Following on from Rex Software's comment:

    * I really love the idea of a 'Surrounding Suburbs' checkbox, that would be fantastic.
    * A radius search would be good too.
    * Mass action buyer matching for similar buyers also sounds great.

    My own suggestion, which I was going to create in a separate submission before I saw this one from Alex, is having the regions/states added into the suburb options.

    For example, if I have an investor who is looking for a property and really doesn't care which suburb or city it's in, it would be amazing to be able to add 'Northland Region' or 'Auckland Region' in the suburb fields so that they're notified whenever a property that matches their criteria in those regions is listed.
