    Hi Kevan,
    I have followed the instructions given below and found the information as you have suggested. The problem with this is critical information, like settlements and contract conditions should be in the contract stream flagged in RED if they have not occurred. Because the condition date filter only allows a specific date OR upcoming & recent, this critical information falls off the stream, when in reality it should remain outstanding at the top of the stream until the dates have been fixed to align with the settlement of the property or marked as settled. It is very easy to lose this information when you have a lot going on. Cheers, Amber
