Welcome Rex Users!
Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.
Remember – no request is too small :)

Key register report to include Sold properties
Would love the key register report to also include Sold properties. Sometimes we hold keys for sold properties and without the ability to search for these, we have to have a paper based log. Thanks! Natasha Oxley, Eview Mt Eliza.
3 votesAs part of the new Key Registry release, you can now include sold/withdrawn properties in the key registry report!
There’s also a bunch of other exciting improvements, including the ability to check keys in & out, support for multiple keys, etc.

Notify Super Admin users of all data exports from Rex
When someone performs a data export from Rex, all super admins should be notified.
2 votesThanks for the suggestion! We've implemented the ability to track data exports using Other Lists > Audit Logs and filtering "operation" with "Export".
We may look at implementing notifications in the future, however with this functionality you'll still be able to track who is exporting data from the system.

Add filter to check if match profile exists
Can you please add another criteria in the advanced contacts filter for Match Profiles.
It would be good to filter by whether a Match Profile exists on a contact record, as currently you can't run a filter that gives you a list of contact records without Match Profiles.
Eg:
Match Profile - is - yes
Match Profile - is - noOr something similar.

Add filter for listings by 'date listed'
It would be great to be able to generate a report, or filter our listings to show properties that were listed in a certain time period. The filter would need to be based off of the date in the 'date listed' field, in the key details tab. It's understood that we can filter by the publish date, but the publish date isn't always the same as the date listed. This information is key for our directors and would be great for our monthly office awards based around this.

You can generate this filter by using the advanced filter ‘Listing Details – Authority Date Start’ in the listings module. -
Filter listings by last sale date
I would be great to filter listings by the sale date. Ideal for anniversaries.

Whilst you can’t filter from the properties screen, you can filter from the ‘sold listings’ screen by sold date. You can then use the ‘go to related function’ to view all purchasers of those listings.

You’ll be happy to hear that we offer the functionality you just described! You can search by suburb by performing a wildcard search. Just put a percentage sign before your search e.g. %sydney. Feel free to contact our friendly support team if you have any additional queries around this. -
Exporting reports to Excel
The ability to export reports to Excel would be great to allow for greater flexibility/and to personalise a report.

Ability to search multiple tags at once even if a listing/contact is only tagged with one of the tags you are searching.
Currently if you search multiple tags it will return no results even though listings have been tagged with one of the tags you are searching.

Ability to save advanced filter searches
There does not appear to be an option to save advanced filter/searches.
There are a number of advance searches/filters that we do on a regular basis. It is very time consuming to have to re enter all the criteria each time we do the search. If we could do it once manually then save the search it it would be very helpful.

Price based filter for appraisals
When a buyer is searching for a property we don't always have what they are looking for. We may however have a past appraisal that would suit what they are looking for, but we have no way of filtering through our appraisals based on price, which is usually the first thing that a buyer will look at.

Export listings with more information
In addition to the current listing reporting options (OFI and stocklist brochures), can we have an option to export a list of current listings which shows information such as:
Building name / property address / date of listing sign-up / # bedrooms / Listing price / agent assigned to listing / property size / body corporate rates / notes..5 votesHi All,

Add filter to find contacts with no email address
When generating a mailing list, useful to filter out all contacts without an email, or vice-versa

Label Merge
Can we please have the the label merge feature back?

When you are viewing either listings/properties/contacts in the list view and then you click the column headings to sort either alphabetical
When you are viewing either listings/properties/contacts in the list view and then you click the column headings to sort either alphabetically etc can you please make it that you can click a listing/property/contact after sorting. Currently you can't it reverts back to the first property/listing/contact prior to sorting.

When filtering listings can the listing sub-category be included as a main filter.

Re-Ordering Lists
The ability to re-order lists such as tracks, tags, templates etc to allow easy find and grouping of different areas of Rex.

Filtering Listings
We need to be able to filter listings by Authority Type. IE: So an agent can see only their exclusive listings if they need to. Or allow the column to be added to the listings display, so you can at least "order-by" that field.

filter contacts by typing in a certain price range and selecting a certain time frame
Like the old REX it is a good way of getting clients who were added in a certain time frame (eg from Jan 21 - May 21) and you can put in a specific price range for clients instead of the 'mailing list' ranges as most of the time we do not add the 'mailing list' to the client when we enter them in.
I found this a lot easier to use when the agents wanted to do a normal email to all the clients who were looking for a property between 650k-850k for example.0 votesHi there,
This is something you can do in Rex.
You just need to perform a filter on your contacts, select the ones you wish to send to, then send the mail merge.

Generate stock lists with advanced filters
Allow the option to generate stock lists with a filter by tags, amount of bedrooms, price etc.
