Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.
Remember – no request is too small :)

VENDOR REPORT - Report which includes vendor details
I need a listing report that includes the vendors details as well

This report is currently available via the internal stock list.
You can run this from: Admin > Reporting > Listing Stock Lists > Internal List
If you are unsure, just contact our friendly support team.

Select date range "pending settlements" report to appear in date order
Report to appear in date order which would be easier to read.

OFI lists - open home end times
The OFI lists currently only display the start time for the open, it would be best if the end time could also be displayed.

Condense the Ofi report pages so that they can be printed on a single or single reverse page
Condense the Ofi report pages so that they can be printed on a single or single reverse page. therefore if you could have upto 22 opens per page this allows larger RE Agencies that are doing over 40 Ofi inspections to just hand out a single sheet.

Stocklists
The stocklist should be able to be sorted by listing category and then by other filters eg: ascending price etc.

Interest level list
It would be great if we could access the list of people that have been to a property and change the interest level, so when you are doing vendor reports you can check and change the interest levels before doing the report etc.

Sold banner to appear on the stocklist
If you print a stocklist of sold properties to be attached to listing presentations, the banner says Under Contract, although the property is clearly showing in Rex that it is Sold. How else can Sold properties be showcased currently?

STOCKLIST - Information on rental stock lists
The option to include more information on rental stock lists such as bond and available date

Ordering of Stocklists
This will give you the option to change the order that properties appear on your stocklists as well as choose which properties you want to see on the list.
0 votesStocklists can be ordered when they are generated from the reporting center. You’ll see an “order by” option when generating the report – you can even order by multiple fields!! :)
