1. Have more Contract Status such as Hold, Contract Issued, Contract sent to Vendor, Contract Date, Cooling off Expiry date, Unconditional

   Totally Agree with the above the Key Dates should reflect Key Dates - All of the below are common for sale contracts in Australia.

   We would like to see
   Key Dates

   Selling Agent - stay - applicable
   Sale Price - Stay - applicable
   Add a date field - Cooling off Expires - applicable all states. This would also show you when the buyer was provided with a copy as cooling off would end 5 business days after
   Initial Deposit - Stay but add the due date
   Deposit Amount - change to balance of deposit and add due date
   Finance amount / typically completed sufficient to complete as buyer do not want you to know -Change this to Finance due date
   Lender - rarely known - Change to B&P Date
   Add - Special condition - due date
