    Agreed, 'Contract Issued' as a Listing Feedback Type dropdown option. Our office bulk emails/SMS's a logged list of buyers we have sent contracts and reports to for a range of reasons but namely for pre-Auction material. These buyers should also show as a list on on the Vendor Report (as per Jay's separate comment below) and also to be able to be grouped for Merge for the reason above.

  2. There should be 2 options for Sales Advices to solicitors, 1 with commission and 1 without. Also solicitor references should be available s.
