Welcome Rex Users!

Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!

Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)

How it works:

  • You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
  • You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
  • If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

Remember – no request is too small :)

  1. Legal name to autofill on contract

    It'd be great to have the legal name from a contact record autopopulate on a contract, when created.

    If the Listing Owner and Purchaser are already selected on the listing, have it so the fields in the contract can autofill from the legal titles (or even just their names).

    Having the solicitor as a related contact on a listing, as well, would allow their details to be selectable/autofilled.

    This would save a lot of time when creating a contract.

  2. We need the ability to be able to search contacts via the contract agent

    With this ability we can search past purchasers specific to that agent - makes christmas card lists and archive client lists a lots easier to compile

    Hi Everyone,
    We’re happy to announce this suggestion has been brought to life by our developers and is now live in the system.
    1. Go to system lists > contracts
    2. Find all contracts for a specific selling agent (or listing agent)
    3. Select all, go to related (contacts – include purchasers / tenants only)

  3. Show contract/acceptance date on Sales Advice

    We can enter the unconditional date and the settlement date, but given most conditions are within a certain time frame from acceptance it would be great to have it on the Sales Advice.

    Hi Sonia,
    We have now updated the Sales Advise to include special conditions and their due dates (this is at the bottom of the sales advice).
    Should you have any further queries around this please contact the support team, they will be more than happy to help you further if required.

  4. Re-establish the ability to generate sales contracts

    The previous version allowed this and was highly valued by our office. Even if it cant be created directly from Rex, the ability to integrate Rex information into a third party like ADL forms would suffice.
