   This is also so important for my team. Default reminder dates currently make no sense. We would also propose adding in a 2 day option. I have contacted REX and tried to escalate this with no hope. Seeing that this original comment was posted in 2024 to no avail, I hope that it is something that REX will consider for the near future.
