    If you log feedback for each buyer that makes an enquiry you can go to the property listing and the feedback tab, click on view 'contacts linked to feedback' then 'open list' tick select all contacts then merge email them

    You can do this when creating the email template just temporarily add the merge to the email body highlight crtl C then crtl V it into the subject line
