Welcome Rex Users!

Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!

Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)

How it works:

  • You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
  • You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
  • If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

  1. Contract summary sheet - buyer details

    At the moment the summary sheet doesnt merge the buyers phone number or email across. It only merges the sellers. It would be great if a merge field for the buyer phone number and email could be created.

  2. Address calendar

    Enable the address of the appointment to be entered into the calendar "address / location" field. This enables the appointment location to be easily read (if different to the property this is related to), as well as being able to easily select the address and open in maps for navigation.

  3. Vendor Report - Be able to edit

    It would be ideal to be able to edit the vendor report - change around the order, make it more concise, save paper etc. The ability to duplicate and edit it as similar to brochures. The current design is non-environmentally friendly and we'd love to be able to change and edit the layout.

  4. Having ability to email REX commission statements to agents personal email address

    When we post payroll commissions through REX we only have the option to email commission statements to work emails, there should be an option in the staff user settings to send commission statements to an alternative email address as this is confidential information.

  5. Vendor Reports need HOT COLD WARM leads fixed

    On the vendor report, the HOT/WARM/COLD breakdown is referencing the entire list of enquiries, when it should only be talking about customers that have actually inspected.

  6. Reminder Filters

    A way to filter reminders by tags on a contact or possibly add a custom filter in the reminders section.

    We have created a 'team' profile in Rex and there will be at least 3 people using the profile (as part of a team) and we are wanting the ability to filter their reminders so that they can see their own reminders.

  7. By Appointment option in Events

    I'd really like to see a By Appointment or Inspect By Appointment in the Events tab options. Being a country and rural area numbers for Open Homes are not large for weekends. We also do printed ads in the newspapers. To fill a 6th, 8th or 10th spot we often add a By Appointment. This might seem superfluous but people DO book it for the Saturday. It also balances the ads.

    It would be great for the Open For Inspection weekly newsletter to emulate the printed versions and to have By Appointments listed.

  8. Dashboard Feedback

    When viewing feedback from the dashboard it would be great if we could edit/update the feedback from this page rather than having to go into that contact. Would save a lot of time.

  9. Create an Additional Deposit Method

    We are using an online payment platform to collect the money from vendors through their Credit cards. Could you please create an additional Deposit method "Online Deposits" in REX. Creation of the separate Deposit method will also help to know how much money we are receiving through online payment option.

  10. Online Calendar for OFI's

    Hi REX Team, is it possible to create an online calendar with functionality to enter OFI ( open for inspection ) times, rather than having to go into each individual property. This would be a huge time saver !

    To be able to set a default filter so each time you click on current listings you don't have to select the filters you almost always need to select i.e. The Agent

  12. Have an Option to Display 'Business Name' When Viewing Properties.

    When a business is entered in the property section there is currently no way to view the business name without opening the property, this makes it difficult to find a specific business given that only the addresses can be seen when scrolling through.

    Rather than stating the website address of the agency in the contact field (top right of the document), can it show the office email address instead?

    Can agents phone number sit next to the name in the "listing agent" field?

  15. Kiosk - Alerting 2nd agent of attendee registration

    Would be great to match Homepass by alerting the agents of when a Buyer registers as they walk into an OFI. Great for listings where 2 agents are involved.This would then allow us to replace Homepass with Kiosk.

  16. Adding match details from pocket open home

    The new Pocket Open Home tool is great, but there's one thing we would love to be able to do. Normally we have a large number of people through our open homes, so we don't have time to gather match info and we then follow up with a call after the open home. But sometimes we may only have a few people come through, so we can spend more time talking to them and get the match info then and there.

    If we need to do this currently, we add the attendee, add the feedback, open the contact, go into…

  17. make a note against a property in bulk ie when a street is dropped with a flyer a note can be put against each property in the street.

    Write one note for multiple properties ie when a letterbox drop is completed on a street a note can be attached to each property, with just one entry.

  18. Warning message to appear when entering an OFI in the past

    Perhaps an error/notification message could appear if you accidentally enter an OFI in the past. If it was intentional you can accept the message and if not, then at least you are made aware of your error.

  19. Have the listings on the KPI Report separated between Current Available Listings & Listings Under Offer

    The KPI Report currently includes Under Offer listings under 'current listings'. I believe there should be a separate section for under offer listings & listings that are currently available.

  20. Bulk Merge - Pocket

    An an option to edit my email templates and add attachments prior/during a bulk merge (ie step 1 customize) - for example after an open inspection to add for sale price / answer common questions in my template.

    To edit, contact by contact as in step 2, is probably overkill, regardless both features seem to be missing in pocket and can send raw templates only.

    It would be handy not to have to wait until being on the desktop version to do this task the usual way.
