Welcome Rex Users!

Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!

Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)

How it works:

  • You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
  • You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
  • If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

  1. Health & Safety sign off

    Would be great if we could get a Health & Safety signoff tickbox added to Kiosk. Currently I have to run Kiosk to enter customer information then a separate signoff sheet for Health & Safety requirements.

  2. Ability to have two active appraisals (Rental & Sale)

    In REX there is only one place to input appraisals. This has proven to be an issue for properties that are having a sales and rental appraisal with the only way around this is by archiving one and then entering the other. However, this is an issue as this information feeds to be able to create documents with this information automatically being filled. However we can only do it for one and not the other. Is there a possibility that your program can allow more than one active appraisal? That way each staff member (Sales Representative and Business Development Manager)…

  3. Tracks

    Adding Target Contact to SMS reminder
    When setting up an SMS reminder in Tracks, it would be useful if I could target a contact in the Track when it is that same person I would be sending the SMS to each time, eg my photographer.

  4. Date to be put next to buyer match

    We would like a date added with buyer matches, so that we know how long they have been added and if they are out of date.

  5. Reminder

    In the reminders when your setting a reminder, it allows you to choose its priority as default, low or Hot.

    When HOT is selected on the day that that reminder pops up on the dashboard, i feel it should pop up at the top of the reminders list. At the moment it doesnt pop up at the top its just flagged as HOT...

    I like to flag them as its a reminder to follow them up FIRST, but would be helpful if it was at the top of the dashboard list.

  6. Allow user profile photos to have a transparent background

    Allow for agent/staff photos to have a transparent background to be able to position better in brochure templates etc.

  7. Enquiry Source - Social Media

    We spend anywhere from $250 - $1000 on social media campaigns and it would be good to show our owns on vendor reports which of our enquiries come directly from the social media campaigns.

  10. Order of Properties in Suburb

    It would be great if when you put a list in suburb (there are a number of suburbs we cover) if the prices could be in order so that prices don't jump all over the place ie. start from lowest - highest, or vice versa.

  11. OFFERS & CONTRACTS SAVED UNDER CONTRACT DOCUMENTS

    In an effort to ensure no mishap can occur with saving offers under contracts and not just listing documents is it possible to have a documents tab within the Contracts area.
    I understand we can identify a contract under documents however this area carries all documents relevant for a buyer regarding a listing and I fear that a massive mistake can occur if agents attach without paying attention and accidentally attach an offer to a potential buyer instead of a blank S&P?     It would be fantastic to see a Zapier integration for Rex - the possibilities would be endless.

    we'd use it to integrate with Facebook Pages to automate our organic listing content. Also to feed leads from Facebook back into Rex.

    There seems to be a lot of double clicking, double handling and back and forth when adding a new contact making it a time consuming and costly exercise.
    One single pop up screen when entering new contact/lead giving the
    Ability to add ALL owners on one page (pop-up), including, resi and postal address, address of property if investment would help speed up the process plus the ability to add a "track' without then having to select a "target" property.   15. Street List like the building feature

    Can you create the feature much like the 'building option' that allows an overview of the street (what has sold/average price/bed bath car etc? It would be amazing to be able to have an overview of the entire street. Thanks

  16. Weekly Contact Follow Up Report

    Is your system able to generate a weekly contact/follow up report to show how many contacts an agent conducted? for example, the agent is managing 50 appraisals at moment, we'd like to see a report weekly which is an excel format to show property address, first contact date, last contact date, number of contact by email, number of contact by phone calls, appraisal date, appraisal range etc.

  18. Private inspection - Agent Onsite (individual time slots)

    In light of the new rules about no open homes I was wondering if Rex have thought about adding something to the events tab to reflect Private Inspections instead of open homes?

    Maybe something like "Agent Onsite" - select a time eg. 1pm - 2pm and having individual time slots for clients to book within that time frame?

  19. In the current circumstances it would be great to integrate our listings so that we can have integrative digital open homes

    Integrate our listings so that we can have integrated digital tours for our open homes. We already integrate with HomePass for sign in's at open homes we could do that virtually and then include a "Zoom" type walkthrough of the property to those signed in.

  20. Property and Contact Links should open in new tab on 'ctrl + click' - bypass menu

    When clicking on the Hyperlinked name of a Contact or property, allow the user to bypass the pop up menu and go directly to the property or contact page when using 'control + click' on Windows or 'Apple-key + click' on a Mac. Right click can work as well.

    Image part 1: Shows the current app behaviour and the pop up context menu that will be bypassed if a user ctrl + clicks the link.
    Image part 2: shows the new behaviour where the link opens straight away in a new tab/window on ctrl + click.
