Track Listings - ability to print off the tracks
A feature that allows you to print off the track listing so that you can discuss and then duplicate to create your own that allows it to be suited to your requirements.
It is too time consuming to print screen etc and printing directly from the site cuts off most information

Sales Advice "deposit" breakdown to allow for initial deposit date paid/due & full deposit date paid/due
Since buyers can pay their deposits in various ways & at different times i.e. an initial 0.25% deposit on a particular date with the balance due on another date OR no initial deposit but a full deposit due on a particular date, it would be clearer if we can note a breakdown of when they paid each amount &/or when it's due rather than only 1 "deposit date" under Selling details on the Sales Advice as this isn't clear as to whether it's actually been paid or if it's DUE to be paid. Buyers may not always pay a deposit…

Track Dates
Currently you can set tracks according to:
a. a start date, and
b. forward dates.
Track functionality and usefulness would be significantly advanced it you could:
a. Specify actions according to key dates associated with the listing record (i.e. listing date, expiry date, contract date, expected unconditional date and expected settlement date), and
b. dates could be calculated forward and back from a these dates.
We were able to do this in our previous software and it was great . . .

1. Triggering addition of tracks based on an event.
2. Having reminders that are attached to floating dates (e.g. unconditional date, settlement date etc). E.g. 3 days before unconditional.Would be good to get some more info on both of these items.
1. Regarding triggering addition of tracks based on events:
- Presumably you want support for this in multiple modules. If so, is it all modules or just some?
- For each module, what are the events that you think should be supported for triggering track addition?
- Is this an automatic process or is the user prompted to add the track when the event occurs.
- If the desire is for the track addition it to be automatic, how do we deal with questions like which contact should a track be attached to in a listing or property that includes multiple contacts…

Sales Advices in Word Document
Having the option for the sales advice to be in a word document as well as PDF!

Allowing Salespeople to Access and Add a Limited Number of Tracks
It makes sense that only admin/support has permission to add a track to a 'Contact' or a 'Property' as the range of tracks created can be numerous and quite specific. Control is important.
However, there are instances where sales people should be able to add a track themselves, such as attaching a repeat follow-up track to a contact or property after an initial follow-up track has been completed.
It would be useful to create permissions that allow salespeople to access a limited set of predetermined tracks and attach them as they see fit.

Solicitor Address for Sales Advice
On the sales advice under the section vendor solicitor and purchaser solicitor, can we have the solicitors address and postal address details on the sales advice, as this will make it easier to post the sales advice. This was on the old sales advice and is more convenient to look at when looking for details on the file.

Can we add the 'test merge' feature in the template section again please
So you don't have to find a contact or property to test the letter/email settings and you can test the letter/email in the same screen so you can see finish product in case you need to edit things...
39 votesThis is semi complete with a recent release. You can now preview how content will render to a letter (the system will fully render the PDF with letter head etc. if appropriate).
Sample merge tag data at this stage is still not supported.

Track identification
When going in to reminders we see the track at the top. When you enter this area where you can delete or reschedule the track, it does not identify which client or vendor the track is associated with. When added several tracks for different purchasers I cannot identify which track is which.

Link VPA spreadsheet with a merged letter
Ability to attach a spreadsheet (or fields from a spreadsheet) to a merged letter.
That way we could send a cover letter for VPA payment along with the VPA costs, all in one go.1 vote -
Contract summary sheet - buyer details
At the moment the summary sheet doesnt merge the buyers phone number or email across. It only merges the sellers. It would be great if a merge field for the buyer phone number and email could be created.

Bulk Merge - Pocket
An an option to edit my email templates and add attachments prior/during a bulk merge (ie step 1 customize) - for example after an open inspection to add for sale price / answer common questions in my template.
To edit, contact by contact as in step 2, is probably overkill, regardless both features seem to be missing in pocket and can send raw templates only.
It would be handy not to have to wait until being on the desktop version to do this task the usual way.

Set default tracks to records
It would be really useful if we could set default tracks to different records.
For example, as soon as I set a property to "list" a track full of tasks for the agent to complete between listing and publishing a property automatically populates.
This could also apply to properties for "pre-list track" etc.
We have about 24 tracks and to make it as easy as we can for agents (and to ensure nothing is missed/messed up) just the single track would already be there, eliminating the risk of errors by agents.

Tracks and SMS templated merges
I feel like this isn't as much a suggestion, rather a imperfection. When working in a team it is important to be able to delegate tasks to other members therefore I have created a track for buyers. This track is assigned to my assistant Jess who will send an SMS on my behalf welcoming the buyer to our club and what to expect. Only problem is that when Jess goes to her reminders/tasks for the day and selected merg and send it sends the message from her number. I feel there are many solutions to this problem. I am also…

Only see the correct tracks for the correct module
Right now you can see all tracks for all modules even if, for example, you're trying to assign a track to a contact, you can still see all the tracks for all the modules (contacts, listings and properties). It's annoying to have to sort through them all and it seems like an easy fix.
I think this will impact the learning curve for new agents and new users.

Track note
It would be great if you introduced a way to add a note within a step in a track so for example you could add a phone script instead of a letter or email.

Ad Text Merge Tag For Email Templates
It would be great to have a few extra merge tags added for listings templates.
The ability to add the Default/Long/Short Ad text as a merge tag in email templates would be of great benefit.
This way, we can send the Ad text in an email so that whoever wants to get a change done they can email the current text (With Changes) and it is recorded on their file for all the ad iterations.

Default Font for Templates and Merges
We would love to see a set and forget type option where you set up a default font for merges across the entire account. This would stop a lot of different font types in emails and letters.

Favourites tag for letters commonly used would be helpful rather than trying to remember the name of each letter

ability to add a track from the contacts/properties/listings pop out box
It would be great to be able to add a track without having to necessarily click in to the associated file and have the ability to do it from the pop out box.
The fact that you can currently send an email, add note, add reminder, or add email suggest that it shouldn't be to hard to add this feature
